兩岸自2008年以來，已舉行四次的江陳會談，究竟其簽署的協議對我國經濟的影響為何，為值得探討的議題。過去關於兩岸經貿互動行為，對我國股市之影響的研究付之闕如，因此本研究將運用事件研究法，探討我國股市是否具市場效率性，以及探討其簽署的協議是否會造成相關類股的異常波動。本研究的實證結果顯示，除第一次江陳會談對台灣的觀光業無異常報酬現象外，其他三次會談皆會造成我國整體股市與相關類股的異常波動，證明我國的股市屬於半強式效率市場。政府應建立完善的協商監督機制、解決股市過度反應之問題、研擬相關政策與作業，讓兩岸能夠在公平對等的原則下進行合作與交流，共同創造更大的利益。

大部份馬梅特的劇評家皆著重於馬梅特語言的使用，在劇本中對人際關係的處理，以及對美國商業價值觀敗壞的批判。對於資本主義，馬梅特劇本中一個重要的主題，劇評家卻一直沒有多加研究。因此，本論文打算以馬克思主義中的物化觀念來檢視馬梅特劇作中對資本主義的批判。我的主要論點是，馬梅特視資本主義為美國社會中一股物化人類意識與行為的非人性力量。在正式討論劇本之前，第一章先對西方馬克思主義中物化觀念的演變作一概括性的全面介紹。第二章開始討論在資本主義工作環境中人類本體的物化。本章打算探討在《湖船》、《房地產大亨》兩劇本中，人類在資本－官僚系統中的處境。第三章則研究《芝加哥性變態》中性與愛的匱乏。在這一章裡，我將從資本主義「工作人遊戲」意識形態中討論性關係的物化。第四章則主要研究《美國水牛》一劇中商品拜物教的現象。最後，藉由物化的討論，本論文將顯示，在馬梅特的眼中，資本主義已將美國變成一精神荒原；而物化則是其最主要的特徵。 , Most of Mamet's critics focus their study on Mamet's use of language, his treatment...

明末以來，漢人自中國東南陸續移民臺灣，對於耕地的需求也與時俱增，隨著開墾土地的進行，也逐漸地侵犯到平埔族賴以維生的土地，而不法漢人常藉故侵占番地，導致民番糾紛日多，番政日繁。故在乾隆中期，設置南、北兩路理番同知，理番同知就此成為清代中後期臺灣主要處理民番事務的地方官員，而隨臺灣情勢的演變，北路理番同知的角色與職權也隨之變化，至光緒年間，兼管轄埔□社廳，成為撫民同知。乾隆四十九年（1784），鹿港繼鹿耳門之後，開放與泉州之蚶江對渡，海防責任加重，乾隆五十一年（1786），閩浙總督雅德奏請將北路理番同知移駐鹿港，除原有理番事務外，還兼鹿港地區的海防和嘉、彰二縣捕務，以維護中部沿海及地方治安。北路理番同知的設置有助於臺灣中部商業發展及土地開發，保障漢人社會的安定及治安的加強，但對番社而言，因漢人遷入，在強勢文化壓迫下，不斷讓出土地，無地的番人或遷入山區另墾，或加速融入漢人社會的腳步。除番務外，北路理番同知在中部海防與鹿港城的治理上，所獲得的成效應在理番業務之上，因其適度的維護臺灣中部海防安全與大致完成各項清廷交付業務，也在鹿港留下許多建設與文化事業。故北路理番同知在番務上雖成效不佳，但在其他...
