台灣身為海島型國家，天然資源有限，卻能在資源貧乏的環境中，展現一枝獨秀的經濟表現，進而位居亞洲四小龍，早期憑藉著普及的國民教育以及勤勞的民族性格，造就相對優越勞動生產力，成為台灣在國際生存上競爭優勢。但隨著80年代後期，台灣無法閉關自守於自由化浪潮之外，仍須面臨國際市場弱肉強食的競爭。貨幣開始承受升值的壓力、國內市場也受到國際開放壓力，台灣比較優勢逐漸喪失。全球化趨勢造成國境圍籬的漸漸模糊，加以近年來社會結構改變，尤其少子化的影響，要避免產業及廠商的萎縮，首重就是勞動生產力的提升，除了維持國際間競爭優勢，同時也在構築未來國家競爭力。本研究將採用經濟部2007年針對製造業對外投資的實況調查問卷資料，回顧整理、分析舊有文獻及理論，並將之歸納為勞動素質提升、資本深化影響及總要素生產力等三層面，以OLS多元迴歸進行實證分析，探討影響對外投資製造業勞動生產力的決定因素，以期對企業提升勞動生產力有所貢獻。

本研究目的主要在探討海洛因成癮者是否具有決策判斷的問題與抑制控制能力缺損，利用數理認知模型的參數值檢驗受試者在新式Go/No-Go作業的表現，該作業結合IGT與原先Go/No-Go作業的特性，並將作業刺激改為中性與海洛因相關的圖片，探討海洛因成癮者在此作業的決策歷程與抑制反應功能，並與控制組作比較。另者，根據誘發─敏感化理論 ( Robinson & Berridge, 1993 ) 與誘發─習慣化模式 ( Di Chiara, 2000 ) 的預測，前者認為成癮越嚴重者的抑制缺損情形會越嚴重，對藥物相關刺激的注意力偏誤也越明顯；後者則認為藥物依賴階段的初期會發生較嚴重的注意力偏誤情形，但隨著依賴程度增加而對藥物相關刺激已習慣化，尋求藥物行為也已變成自動化反應，故注意力偏誤的情形反而會減少。因此，本研究試圖在加入藥物相關刺激的Go/No-Go作業中驗證這兩種理論的預測。 本研究以48位一般控制組、88位海洛因受戒治人為樣本，利用Go/No-Go作業與線索依賴學習模式 ( CD model ) 分析受試者對酬賞或處罰的注意力 ( w參數 )、學習率 ( 參數 )、反應一致性 ...

古代中國先民依其認知所建構出來的世界樣貌，代表了先民觀看世界的視角與方式，透過《山海經》的記載，保留了古代先民的認知與想像世界，書中出現的大量動物，顯示在先民世界中動物佔有很重要的地位。在《山海經》裡出現的眾多動物之中，蛇類現身的次數之多，很難不受到矚目；書裡所載的神或巫，有一部分不約而同地具有人面蛇身或珥蛇、操蛇、踐蛇的人物形象，顯示出蛇在這些神、巫形象中的重要性。蛇在先民的生活世界裡占有重要的份量，因此人們加諸其上的想像更多元，也豐富了蛇的象徵意義。蛇作為神、巫形象的一部分，不只象徵著這些人面蛇身者和珥蛇、操蛇、踐蛇者所擁有的能力，也是人與蛇之間關係緊密的證明。本文針對《山海經》中人面蛇身者與珥蛇、操蛇、踐蛇者進行分析，試圖探討人蛇關係的內涵意義，以冀一窺古人認知、理解世界的方式。

昔天津的經濟發展都落後於在中國內地的其他一些城市，提到天津，人們往往聯想到，她只是北京光環下的一個毗鄰城市。為了在經濟成長中保持天津經濟的穩定增長，天津採取了吸引大規模工業建設項目的發展策略，再加上近年濱海新區的蓬勃發展，不僅讓該區的經濟表現成績亮眼，也進而讓天津此一城市向國際化大都市腳步邁進。 再者，地處環渤海經濟圈沿海區位之天津濱海新區對其經濟發展推動也著實重要，主因係大陸將開發天津濱海新區納入國家十一五規劃和國家發展戰略，並批准濱海新區成為國家綜合配套改革試驗區，相關重大工業項目都相繼落戶於濱海新區，進而促使天津濱海新區成爲國家級新區中發展最爲迅速的新區，所以本研究係從文獻探討回顧探討影響天津經濟發展的決定因素，並利用樣本資料與實證模型來推估假設變數與天津經濟成長率之間的關係與影響程度，俾利提供學術上與實務上濱海新區在天津經濟發展中所扮演角色之參考。

本研究利用經濟部統計處於2007年所作之「製造業對外投資實況調查」，分析我國製造業廠商在廠商規模、組織型態、行業類別、投資動機、對外投資年數、獲利情形、盈餘處理方式及稅率差異等不同因素下，影響其固定資產投資之因素。本研究將被解釋變數設定為「增購固定資產」及「未增購固定資產」二種，採用Probit Model進行實證分析，結果發現「廠商規模」、「產業類別」、「當地市場發展潛力大」、「利用當地價廉充沛勞工」、「對外投資年數」、「子公司獲利情形」及「盈餘處理方式」等皆為影響廠商固定資產投資之決定因素。

在全球化的趨勢影響下，研發活動不再是先進國家的專利，跨國企業紛紛建立起全球的研發網絡，除了在母國從事研發活動外，亦會因不同研發目的與需求的考量，而在先進國家或開發中國家設立海外的研發據點。本研究首先收集彙整國內外對外投資相關理論及實證研究文獻─探討影響海外投資廠商研發投入的決定因素；之後以2007年經濟部統計處「製造業對外投資實況調查」之問卷資料為分析對象，加以實證研究，運用Probit Model進行估計，從廠商特性、對外投資因素、策略因素等3面向，分析影響對外投資廠商研發投入之決定因素。由實證結果得知，廠商規模越大、產業別傾向為資訊電子業、獲利能力傾向於有盈餘、海外事業投資年數越短、主要對外投資地區傾向工業化國家、當地市場潛力大、出口傾向越不傾向外銷及技術來源越傾向自行研發等八項變數對於研發投入有顯著的影響，此為影響研發投入之重要決定因素。

高房價為國人十大民怨之首，住者有其屋為人們之基本需求，房價過高讓社會大多數民眾負擔不起。孟子說:「有恆產者有恆心，無恆產者無恆心。苟無恆心，放辟邪侈，無不為己。及陷乎罪，然後從而刑之，是罔民也。」政府若不能有效降低房價，將導致社會資源錯誤配置與浪費，對國家社會經濟將有巨大之影響。 本研究以台北市及上海市為標的，詳細檢討兩地房地產政策，根據研究目的，整理過去房地產價格高漲政府管控房價相關措施及方法，近2-3年（2009-2011）房地產價格高漲兩地政府管控房價相關政策措施實施，藉由房地產相關指標、數據資料之呈現，觀察分析政策實施之效益，對市場產生之效果及影響。 最後針對政府管控房價政策提出建議改善方法，提供政府對於房價政策短期及長期一套完整之政策措施，提供未來政策執行之參考。

本研究旨在探討上市公司海外投資績效的宣告，是否影響公司的股價。同時觀察當公司進入投資的地區不同，或以不同的投資型態進入，對股價的反應是否不同。實證研究以民國八十年至民國八十六年為研究期間，以上市公司為研究對象，經過樣本篩選後共有100個事件樣本。並採用事件研究法的市場模式求算樣本迴歸係數，而後再估算事件期的平均異常報酬率與累積平均導常報酬率，最後再進行統計檢定。 本研究根據海外投資理論、國內外學者所做之相關實證及一般實務觀點發展研究假說，相關實證結果摘要說明如下： 一、就全體樣本而言，上市公司海外投資績效的訊息的宣告日當天，對公司股價有顯著正向的影響。 二、就全體樣本而言，上市公司海外投資績效的訊息在整個事件期，對公司股價的影響並不顯著。 三、投資人對於上市公司到不同地區投資的績效訊息宣告，反應並無顯著不同。 四、投資人對於上市公司以不同的投資型態進入投資的績效訊息宣告反應並無顯著不同。 五、橫斷面複迴歸分析的結果顯示，累積平均異黨報酬率與資本密集程度存在顯著負向的關連性。
