二次世界大戰結束後，以美國為首的民主國家採取長期的對蘇聯的社會主義國家圍堵不接觸的「冷戰」作為，此種兩極體系發展產生一種軍備競賽方式取代戰爭模式，1991年蘇聯共產體制瓦解，原已經於一九八九年宣告結束的東西「冷戰」正式結束，冷戰結束後，世界軍事格局脫離了兩極對峙，1978年鄧小平掌權後，判斷世界新形勢，修正社會主義路線，經濟上遂行改革開放政策，帶動了中共國力崛起。 崛起的中共在軍事上不斷現代化，威脅著南海爭議相關國家，同時也代表美國在亞洲的利益受到挑戰，中共近期將南海島礁主權列為國家重大利益，軍力部署轉向海洋及東南方，也使中國威脅論升高，導致東協部份國家紛紛加強軍備，增加亞太地區的不穩定性，促使東協國家引進美國力量介入。 美國持續在東亞地區透過雙邊同盟或軍事關係，維持美國的國家利益，美國第44任總統歐巴馬也以重返亞洲為國務外交重大政策，因此美國與中共兩國在亞洲地區的合作或競爭作為，未來將左右南海爭議走向，這也是南海問題複雜的原因。 南海領土主權爭議是二戰結束後，亞洲國家戰後紛紛掙脫殖民國控制，先後完成各種制度的國家獨立開始，另外1952年國際海洋法公佈領海及鄰接區公約，也喚起世界各海洋...

本論文的研究目的在探討影響多國籍銀行（Multinational Bank）進行海外擴張的決定因素。本文採用多國籍銀行在當地設立經營據點的直接投資（Foreign Direct Investment, FDI）方式為代理變數，且有別於之前的跨國研究，同時考量到地主國直接投資的銀行家數與設立的分支機構數。 本文共有三個研究子題，第一個子題以台灣為樣本，分析多國籍銀行進行海外擴張，與在當地同國籍的顧客間的關係。實證結果顯示，當以實體分支機構的擴張為外國銀行擴張的代理變數時，完全支持追隨顧客理論，但以財務擴張為外國銀行擴張的代理變數時，幾近完全支持追隨顧客理論。 第二個子題分析台北、香港和上海（兩岸三地）對外國銀行的吸引力，探討影響外國銀行選擇三個城市進行海外擴張的因素。在國家總體銀行家數的實證結果中顯示，母國GDP愈高、母國與地主國的地理距離愈近、母國與地主國的雙邊貿易愈多以及群聚效果，與在地主國投資的多國籍銀行家數呈現正向關係。至於銀行選擇在這三個城市投資後，會設立多少個分支機構，主要受兩個因素影響，當銀行總資產愈多，以及母國與地主國的文化距離愈近，銀行設立的分支機構愈多。 第三個子題分...

在全球化的影響下，全球各地人才、物質、資金、資訊呈現高度流通的狀況，全球許多著名城市，便成為此一流動的匯聚之處，並具有影響全球資源流通的能力，亦即所謂的「全球城市」。其為「全球城市」，除了本身的發展規模外，更強調其在全球化時代，具有與其他城市的高度關連性，同時，亦具有影響全球政治、經濟的能力。 在此前提下，改革開放後，積極融入全球經濟體系的中國大陸，也著重於城市的發展建設，特別是經濟發展著有成效的上海市，更成為中國積極建構「全球城市」的標的，這樣的雄心企圖，具體體現在前上海市長陳良宇的眾多談話中。 有鑑於此，本論文即對於上海市積極建構「全球城市」的目標、過程、結果進行分析探討。全論文共分七章，除緒論外，分別探討「全球城市」的理論系譜與其在中國大陸的運用，其次，討論上海市在人口與空間佈局方面的政策與結果，再接著討論中央為了建構上海市，所提出的四大中心---經濟、金融、貿易、航運，其建設過程以及面臨的困境。於此之後，開始分析上海市與其他城市的關連性，分別就上海與長三角的其他十五個城市的關係、上海吸引跨國公司的博奕關係進行探討，並採取內容分析法，藉由上海文匯報、經濟學人、...

前輩學者對於鐵路史的研究，討論重點大多放在中原以及東北地區的鐵路 上，對於西北及西南這兩個廣大地區的鐵路史研究，則尚付諸闕如。所以 ，探討這條橫亙中原與西北之間的隴海鐵路，遂成為筆者研究目的之所在 。隴海鐵路的興築，耗費了鉅大的經費，這筆龐大的資金，究竟從何而來 ？它的興築，耗時甚久，其間面臨的困難與問題，究竟為何？另外，它的 營運成績表現，是優？是劣？這些均為本文所要試圖解答的問題，也是筆 者研究這一題目的最大動機。本文內容除第一章〈緒論〉、第六章〈結論 〉以外，共分為四章：第二章〈清末民初的財政狀況〉，我國的鐵路建設 ，大多起始於清末民初時期，而從事這項極具現代化的交通建設，需要投 住一筆很大的資金。然此一時期的中國財政，受限於先天條件上的貧乏， 以及面臨外患賠款、內亂軍費支出、鴉片流毒等種種艱困的情境，當時的 中國財政確實是頗感拮据。第三章〈隴海鐵路的資金來源〉，沿續第二章 的論述，探討主政者如何竭心費力，在經濟困頓、財政拮据的難難情境下 ，籌得龐大資金，以充交通建設之用。當時中國正在修築的各鐵路，十之 八九均須借用外債以充修築之資金，而隴海鐵路尤為顯著。於是，這些籌 措經費的過...

兩岸領導人皆曾宣示對於中國統一的期盼，但是對於統一的認知差距卻截然不同，中共希望在其『四個堅持』之下統一中國，而我中華民國卻主張必須統一在自由、民主、均富之下，使得兩岸對於中國統一之主張毫無交集。本文便在此體認下，嘗試從兩岸的選舉制度中，找出兩岸人民享有的參政權利之異同，以了解『民主』在兩岸的佈局。論文的安排，除了就兩岸選舉法規的訂定和演進作一說明外，最主要的內容在於選舉制度的範圍探討其中包括選舉人與被選舉人的參選條件限制，以及選舉機關的角色扮演和職權範圍，其次是分析兩岸在選舉區規劃上，候選人的提名制度上，選舉活動內容上，選舉經費運用上，以及選舉人名冊編造和投票方法上，有著何種程度的差異性。最終試圖找出社會主義和資本主義兩體制下的『選舉』之本質差異以說明兩岸在選舉制度所展現的不同。

伊底帕斯解答斯芬克斯之謎，同時拯救了人民的恐慌，但亦使自己陷入更驚駭的悲痛之中，這表現了斯芬克斯之謎本身蘊含歧義的意義；海德格繼《存有與時間》後的重要作品〈藝術作品起源〉中提出，可以發現與展開存有整體的是藝術作品，藝術作品的起源－藝術乃是謎，此謎可為謎，筆者認為即是海德格試圖說的處在拒絕被我們穿透的情況下才得以彰顯的「大地」之說，換言之，斯芬克斯之謎與藝術之謎的歧義是來自大地本身的狀態，由此，筆者以同時交織這兩件作品中謎的意義，作為本論文獨特的創作方式，如此寫作的安排是由於，一、筆者將伊底帕斯王的故事，作為海德格所強調的「藝術作品是存有物之真理的置入」的偉大作品，來理解海德格想要努力說而又難以說的〈起源〉中大地蘊含的深層意義。二、相較於單以海德格個人作品的論述，並連結評論者對〈起源〉的闡釋，以伊底帕斯之悲劇作為真理置入其中的藝術作品，除了要以蘊含真理的作品將大地意義拉出比〈起源〉本身未說出而更為廣大的理解領域外，同時也使海德格難懂的〈起源〉更為平易近人些。三、如此，除了闡釋與理解〈起源〉之大地，同時本文亦以此方式創建與表達出使大地成為大地的實踐意義。 論文前兩章是將海德格於三...
