摘要 台灣美髮服務產業蓬勃發展時，許多業者逐漸由家庭剪髮或個人工作室發展成美髮連鎖集團，但自2000年後由於市場的高度飽和與激烈競爭，使各大連鎖集團呈現發展停滯或甚至衰退的現象，因此近年來逐漸進入中國市場發展。 本研究分析外資業者進入上海市場的策略，以環境的影響與STP的分析方式來確認各業者在市場中的定位，再根據業者的定位來分析行銷策略，進而推論出最後的經營成效。 本研究以三家外資美髮連鎖集團為分析個案，研究發現：當個案公司進入一個全新的市場時，對於目標市場的選擇和經營模式往往受到過去台灣成功模式所影響，個案公司通常會保留70%以上和台灣相同的競爭模式，當原模式可吻合市場需要時，發展上就會順利許多，但若是不適合該市場的需求時，業者就會遭遇經營困境，甚至退出市場。 面對競爭激烈的市場環境，往往進入市場的行銷策略就是發展成敗的關鍵之一，而行銷策略深受環境和市場定位的影響，本研究期望能帶給剛進入或重返上海市場的美髮連鎖業者做為發展策略上的參考。 / Abstract When hairdressing service industry was ...

國片海角七號的賣座創造台灣影壇近年來的奇蹟，其劇本的內容結構乃七封情書加上一個劇情片內容的故事所構成。針對電影類型與結構的探究是研究者剖析劇本受歡迎可能的出發點，因而本研究從敘事角度出發，探討海角七號的敘事問題。本研究的研究方向包括：探討海角七號的影片結構與敘事；探討海角七號影片中的劇情人物元素；探討海角七號的對白與劇情；探討海角七號影片畫面的元素和場景的設計。並透過半結構式的訪談，訪問理論與實務界人士，使研究敘事結構層次與海角七號賣座的市場效應能有一對照性探討。 研究結果發現：（一）影片敘事與結構容易使觀眾產生共鳴；（二）人物元素多元、角色個性鮮明，有助激發觀眾與影片之間的互動；（三）對白活潑生動、具創意且貼近生活，有助觀眾對情節的記憶、回顧，甚至引起市場效應；（四）電影場面生動，兼具懷舊與現代感，吸納多元觀影者。 可見，劇情能輕易讓觀眾深刻與記憶，甚至造成口碑效應，是該劇本最引人入勝之處。其背後所隱含的情感性或中日情懷是塑造人物與對白最能使台灣觀眾產生親近性的方式。因而，敘事結構對該片的市場成功影響較深。

在面對大陸低廉的生產成本競爭下，台灣許多中低階產品之生產製造已逐漸移往大陸，這是比較利益法則下無法避免之趨勢，因此就台灣廠商未來之長久發展考量，強化行銷或設計研發能力是必走的途徑；由於台灣本國市場規模較小，加上新產品之研發設計成本不斷提高，因此如何能成功的將新產品導入海外市場銷售，以增加整個產品之總收益為企業值得思考的課題。 　　無線通訊產業為台灣目前十大新興產業之一，而且就台灣廠商現有資源來看，如果要成功的推出新產品在海外上市，在通訊產業中若考慮技術標準掌握度及成本競爭力以無線通訊終端產品之成功機率較高。此外，由於台灣廠商較缺乏新產品在海外上市之經驗，因此本研究希望藉由最低之最終總交易成本觀念之分析探討，幫助台灣廠商在擬定新產品海外上市策略時，在有限資源使用下將產品、通路、推廣組合與定價策略做最有效之搭配，以提高成功機會。 　　本研究之研究架構先以學理基礎為背景，再配合國內外案例做深入個案探討，針對將新產品行銷至國外市場之廠商，先經由文獻探討、資料收集後，再藉由與負責個案產品上市之相關人員進行深度訪談，將結果加以分析、歸納與整理，讓理論架構與實際狀況做一印證並從中歸納出對廠商之新產品...

一、中共擁有數量甚多的陸疆鄰國，未來與鄰國發生陸上衝突的可能性仍高，在面臨高科技條件下的局部戰爭，相對獨立的海、空交戰會日益增多，這種戰爭行動與戰略全局有著緊密聯繫。在新的歷史時期條件下，中共對邊界、海防的鬥爭與維護上，進行了相當的規劃，為了保障國家與民族的利益，維護領土主權的完整，更是對軍事戰略提出了的重要戰略指導。為擊敗分從海、陸、空對其實施局部入侵的敵人，除了配合國家的政治外交鬥爭外，必須從戰略的高度對其進行籌劃與指導，這也是建立陸戰戰略的客觀指導。 　　二、中共稱冷戰後北約東擴、美日安保條約、東亞金融危機及南亞核試，促成歐亞大陸地緣政治新格局，使中共在戰略制定上產生海、陸孰先發展兩難抉擇。從中共過去強調「堅守防禦」、「後發制人」思考模式，現在則著重「向外型防衛」的積極思想，轉以致力於投射能力與攻擊力量的建設。在陸戰戰略發展上，律定各大軍（戰）區根據其作戰對象、任務及地理環境特性，制定對未來局部戰爭作規劃與準備，並擺脫已往「誘敵、堅守」的被動因應方式，對主要軍事威脅方面與動亂地區，能在第一時間內進行快速打擊、壓制的準備；一旦周邊地區發生衝突，具有打贏高技術條件下局部戰爭的能力。 ...

20世紀的80至90年代初期，國際形勢發生劇烈動盪與變化，蘇聯於發生解體、東歐局勢劇變，過去美蘇「兩強對峙」之兩極格局所造成40多年的冷戰終告結束，國際體系由「一超多強」，轉變成多極化方向發展。此時中國在綜合國力發展上也有很大的變化，態勢積極的朝大國關係方向調整，除專注內部發展外，更重視與周邊國家的安全關係。中國知到，一個穩定、和睦的周邊環境，才有利於中國持續性發展，在周邊建立安全與穩定的緩衝帶後，可避免與其他大國發生衝突。因為，有安全的環境，才會有安定的社會，才能全面發展經濟，而維繫這種關係的要件，是安全互需和經濟互利與合作。 「上海合作組織」的前身是建立於1996年的「上海五國」機制，是中蘇兩國關於邊境的雙邊談判，蘇聯崩解後改為「上海五國」雙邊談判，再演變成「上海五國」的多邊會談。不但開啟有關邊境軍事安全的會談協商機制，同時亦開啓了穩定區域安全的多邊關係及區域合作模式。烏茲別克加入後，於2001年6月15日，6國元首共同宣布在「上海五國」機制的基礎上成立「上海合作組織」(Shanghai Cooperation Organization)，並發表「上海合作組織成立宣言」。這是中國第...

英法海底隧道為BOT工程的重要參考指標，惟於1994年宣布通車營運以來，歐洲隧道公司始終存在著嚴重的財務困難，歷經1995-1998年及2005-2007年兩次的財務重整，終於2009年首次宣布發放股利，財務狀況由虧轉盈。 本研究旨在探討歐洲隧道公司如何進行財務重整及成敗的因素，於文獻回顧分別介紹公司重整之方法及攸關重整成敗的因素，遂分別介紹歐洲隧道公司第一、二次重整計畫之內容，主要討論重整重要紀事彙整、財務發生困難原因、重整歷程、重整計畫內容分析、重整前、後之重要財務資料彙集以及近年財務狀況分析，及評析歐洲隧道公司之重整策略。 本研究結果顯示，歐洲隧道公司兩次重整主要皆採「以債作股」的方式，以「重整成功」的定義觀之，雖於第一次重整 (1995-1998年) 後，未能立即轉虧為盈，但已減輕虧損的情況，且亦因第一次的重整將債務減少12億英鎊，使得2005年再度爆發財務危機而進行第二次重整 (2005-2007年) 時，能在英法海底隧道產業前景看好，營運穩定成長之下，公司的主要債權人為金融機構，利益關係人有效協商並取得共識，爭取往來銀行的支持，以債作股方式，確保公司能繼續維...

上海合作組織起源於1996 年4 月，俄中哈吉塔五國元首於上海會晤，會談 的本意是為解決蘇聯解體之後各國家間邊境裁軍問題而非經貿合作，2001 年上 海五國加入烏茲別克成立上海合作組織，之後上海合作組織產生了質的變化，各 成員國元首們倡議進行全面性的合作。於經貿合作方面，2003 年9 月上海合作 組織成員國簽署的「上海合作組織成員國多邊經貿合作綱要」，其中最重要的是 上海合作組織成員國將推展於上海合作組織框架內實施貿易投資便利化，並訂定 出能源、交通運輸、電信、農業、旅遊等領域，為優先合作方向。本研究試圖透 過引力模對上海合作組織成員國的對外貿易數據進行實證研究，以檢證上海合作 組織的經貿合作至今對於各成員國的影響程度。
