過去多重代理人系統相關研究中，皆假設任務是預先知道而且確定的，這使得它們無法即時滿足使用者需求，因而在實務上受到限制。因此本研究期望能將多重代理人系統的工作向前延伸，引入人類社會中的價值觀，進而模擬出人類解決問題的思考模式，將能夠放寬任務給定的限制，幫助傳統多重代理人系統提昇彈性、適用於更為動態複雜的環境，即時地滿足使用者需求。任務發掘意指幫助多重代理人系統找出合適任務的過程，將任務發掘應用於多重代理人系統，最主要的挑戰在於－「什麼任務才能滿足需求」；換句話說，「找出需求」。價值(value)正是引起社會交換(social exchange)的元素，價值觀則是人類對於該價值之看法。重視該價值觀為希望於交換過程中獲得該價值，不重視該價值觀為願意於交換過程中犠牲該價值，然而重視有程度之分，即希望獲得/願意犠牲之優先順序。衝突即為依據該優先順序以重視之價值換取不重視之價值的交換行為；最低衝突則為以最不重視之價值換取最重視之價值的交換行為。若能以最低衝突進行交換即最能符合使用者價值觀；最符合使用者價值觀之決策則能滿足使用者之需求。透過本研究所發展之衝突解析演算法，將能夠找出與使用者價值觀最低衝...

外資進入

本論文從公司治理、資產規模與外資進入的角度說明銀行經營績效。首先，公司治理不彰，管理者可能產生高道德風險行為，進而傷害銀行經營績效，因此本論文分別以國際方式(MH I)及台灣情況(MHⅡ)衡量道德風險，並以台灣的銀行業為例，發現二種道德風險都會影響影響銀行經營績效，尤其以台灣董事為基礎的MHⅡ對銀行經營績效的影響更是顯著。其次，資產規模及外資進入都可能藉著影響銀行的市場競爭程度來影響銀行經營績效。關於資產規模，本論文探討依據學術文獻以資產規模定義的大銀行及小銀行績效，是否受到銀行集中度、市場占有率、成本效率與規模經濟效率的影響，實證結果發現大銀行須藉由其資產規模優勢，發揮大量資產的規模經濟效率，才會有較好的經營績效。小銀行雖然無法因為其資產規模達到規模經濟效率，但仍可以藉著達到成本效率，進而得到較高獲利。本文也依照世界的銀行資產排名，選出大銀行與小銀行，並與台灣銀行業進行績效比較，發現大銀行的資產品質、管理能力、獲利穩定性、資產及存款成長率都較高，可能是因為其擁有國際觀及強勁的競爭力與研發創新力。但其獲利卻沒有最好，可能是其資產龐大的稀釋效果、負有執行政策的使命、政府對大銀行有太大以致...

本研究運用物空間匹配的理論，由已知方位的航空影像與由航空影像自動匹配產生或由空載光達測量取得的數值表面模型(DSM)資料中的平面特徵，製作成正射影像區塊，作為航空影像的控制資訊，並解算待求解之航空影像外方位參數。物空間匹配是以地元(groundel)的概念為基礎，地元為物空間上的單元，每個地元均含描述地表灰值變化的輻射資訊，以及描述地表起伏的幾何資訊。在此一地元即對應於正射影像區塊中的一個正射影像位置，由地元出發，經共線條件並進行輻射資訊調整可於航空影像上產生相對應的像元灰值。依據此關係，產生正射影像區塊時，使用已知方位的航空影像，由DSM資料並萃取物空間中的平面資訊，並由萃取平面上的每一地元出發，經由共線條件比對各已知方位航空影像中相對應像元間的灰值差異，進而產生正射影像區塊；而以正射影像區塊進行影像控制時，則由正射影像區塊中的每一地元出發，仍經由共線條件比對地表上的地元與相對應於待求解之航空影像上的像元灰值差異，達到影像外方位求解之目的。本研究中除以物空間匹配模式發展正射影像區塊製作與航空影像外方位求解之理論之外，並以不同時期的航空影像資料進行實驗與分析。 , Existing a...
