近年來，我國政府大力推動海外企業來台上市，成效亮眼。在這股熱潮下，為了解海外企業第一上市新股和第二上市台灣存託憑證於我國資本市場掛牌後的表現，本研究針對2009年四月至2010年十二月間，外國與本國發行人在台灣證券交易所新上市之股票和台灣存託憑證進行實證分析。除檢定其是否存在異常報酬外，並綜合過往文獻、相關法令規範及迴歸分析結果，探討影響其異常報酬的可能原因。本研究主要發現如下： （1）國內外企業在台新上市股票及台灣存託憑證均具有顯著的期初異常報酬，其高低依序為－海外企業第一上市新股、國內企業新上市股票、海外企業第二上市台灣存託憑證。 （2）台灣存託憑證期初異常報酬的成因並非來自於承銷價格的低估，而是來自於投資人對於蜜月行情的過度反應。其主要證據為－平均達3%的發行溢價、蜜月期結束後顯著為負的累積異常報酬、及對期初異常報酬最具影響力的示範效果因子。 （3）國內企業在台新上市股票期初異常報酬的成因主要來自於承銷商與發行公司資訊不對稱所造成的承銷價格低估。其主要證據為－新股上市後穩定且接近1.5%的累積異常報酬、及對期初異常報酬最具影響力的折價幅度因子。 （4）海外企業來台第一上市...

1992年鄧小平「南巡」之後，上海房地產業頓時成為全世界投資者所矚目的焦點。伴隨著上海經濟的急速成長、房地產市場的豐厚利潤、以及對人民幣升值的強烈預期，境外資金不斷湧入上海市進行房地產投資。節節高升的房價最終造成中國政府的注意，限制外資進入房地產市場成為大陸宏觀調控的重點。然而外資是否為房價高漲的主因，至今為止依然是爭論不休。到底外資是大陸房地產價格居高不下的罪魁禍首，還是宏觀調控政策下的代罪羔羊，為了清楚了解FDI對大陸房地產價格到底造成何種影響，本文主要研究目的主要有以下兩點：一為探討FDI金額的變動對上海房地產價格波動是否造成影響，二為研究影響上海房價波動的總體經濟因素為何。 根據實證結果顯示，就長期關係而言，外商直接投資、物價、利率、匯率、收入，皆與房價呈現正向關係，股價則與房價呈現反向關係。就短期關係而言，影響房價的因素有外商直接投資、利率、收入、以及房價本身，以上皆與房價呈現正向關係；整體而言短期物價對房價沒有顯著影響，但就個別月份而言，落後兩期的物價指數與房價指數呈現反向關係；短期匯率波動對房價的影響相互抵銷，加總後的影響效果為零，而短期股價則對房價沒有顯著影響，宏觀調...

本研究主要目的在探討公司宣告海外直接投資，是否會對股東財富有正面的影響，主要透過資本市場上，公司股票價格的漲跌來判斷其影響的方向及程度。研究期間為民國81年到84年，篩選出175筆對外投資宣告的樣本資料，採用事件研究法和市場模式來進行殘差分析，以估算及檢定事件期的平均異常報酬和累積平均異常報酬。此外，由於一些金融性資產如股票、債券、期貨等具有高度變異性的特質，造成殘差項之變異數不再為固定常數，而受上一期異質變異數之影響，且隨時間變動而變動，因此本研究也採用異質條件變異數法(GARCH)來分析。 　　一、總樣本而言 　　公司宣告進行對外直接投資，在宣告日當天股價有顯著為正的顯著異常報酬，股東認為公司進行投資是以公司價值極大化為目標，並能增加股東財富。 　　而本研究也根據不同的統計方法和檢定來比較結果差異，發現T檢定組、Z檢定組、OLS整體樣本組和OLS+GARCH整體樣本組四組所得的實證結果相當一致－異常報酬的變化方向皆相同且宣告日當天的異常報酬都顯著為正。 　　二、一般最小平方法(OLS)和異質條件變異數法之比較 　　本研究接著將72個具有異質變異數特性的樣本，分別以OLS法和GARC...

本研究之問題意識為消費主義與公共事務涉入之關係。藉由消費主義轉化公共事務涉入的相關論點，分析中國大陸城鄉白領青年在感染相異消費主義的程度後，進而解釋他們對公共事務涉入的態度和行為；透過此，以闡述中國大陸兼蓄併存的城市消費個人主義與農村集體主義的價值體系差異。 研究發現，消費主義的確抑制個人對公共事務涉入的程度。其中，透過本文假說進而涵蓋三組不同層次的意義：首先，城市白領青年高感染消費主義，因此對城市公共事務涉入消極；其次，農村白領青年低感染消費主義，致使對農村公共事務涉入積極熱情；第三，農村白領青年低感染消費主義，但因非我家園之故，導致他們疏離城市公共事務的涉入。 城市白領青年對公共事務低涉入的原因體現在生活即消費的個人本位思想，並藉追求與他者的品位區隔和消費符號以突顯自我，致使他們對經濟穩定的現狀有著較高需求，因此不會出現反抗、異議或關於改變政治情況的訴求。此外，城市白領青年對群體的身分認同訴求亦透過消費達成，並出現諸如攀比、競逐消費等情形。另一方面，當物質條件不足以融入某群體的消費方式時，便會出現被排斥在外、或納入其內的群體身分認同現象。當城市白領青年考量如何兼顧、維持自身...
