台灣在1970年代經濟成長每年10%奠定了產業發展基礎，國民所得隨之提升，使台灣生產型態逐漸轉型，從勞力密集國家轉為資本密集國家，生產不再以低廉工資作為對外優勢，取而代之的是提升研發能量，而勞力密集產業轉向其他開發中國家進行生產的分工，台灣在1992年開放赴大陸投資以來，累計至2009年總投資金額已達8,270億元，顯然中國已成為台灣對外投資進行生產分工的重要地區，依據2007年經濟部製造業對外投資實況調查亦顯示投資於開發中國家的比例約7成，但對外投資目的各家廠商背後動機不一，有生產成本、拓展市場、原料取得、策略結盟等各種原因，但對外投資進行海內、外分工的最終目的無非是增加利潤，提高國際競爭力，各國學者在分工理論的探討從企業內人與人分工，再到國內產業間分工，再進一步探討國際間分工，然而這些分工模式套用在台灣廠商對外投資模式仍有進一步探究的空間，本研究即是運用Probit Model進行迴歸分析，探討影響海內、外製程分工的決定因素，經實證結果發現勞動生產力、費用承擔能力、客戶要求及原料取得為主要影響因素。

本研究主要目的是探討大上海及大台北地區養生村消費行為之研究，並將影響老人入住養生村的因素分為兩大部份：社會人口統計變項及健康狀況，除此之外，探討養生村特殊服務需求程度是否也因社會人口統計變項及健康狀況會有不同的差別。研究對象為大上海及大台北地區30歲以上的民眾，透過便利抽樣（convenience sampling）做養生村問卷調查研究。有效問卷回收份數，大台北地區為79份，大上海地區為31份，再經由描述性統計分析（Descriptive Statistics Analysis）、變異數分析（Anova）、卡方檢定（Chi-square test）得到「社會人口統計變項」會影響「住進銀髮養生村的意願」及養生村「特殊服務需求程度」。值得注意的是透過描述性統計分析，大台北地區與大上海地區不管是「不願意入住養生村的原因」或是「願意入住養生村的原因」選擇的都是同一個主要項目，「不願意入住養生村的原因」主要是不想遠離已熟悉的環境，而「願意入住養生村的原因」主要是不想與子女住成為子女的負擔。 最後透過本研究分析結果做總結：銀髮社區會是未來社區發展趨勢、「養兒防老」觀念已改變並偏好「在地養老」（A...

近年來，由於全球化發展，國內外環境變遷，台灣廠商紛紛外移至海外投資，然而廠商在快速擴展海外據點之餘，容易忽略對外投資最常面對之難題－財務調度問題，在不瞭解地主國金融環境下便貿然前往投資，恐面臨籌資不易之窘境，一旦財務調度失靈，不僅影響子公司之經營，甚至可能危及母公司之營運。基於上述理由，本研究將針對我國製造業廠商對外投資行為進行研究，藉由經濟部2007年「製造業對外投資實況調查」問卷數據，分析對外投資廠商在公司規模、海外事業組織型態、行業分類、國際化程度、最主要投資地區、投資地區數、多角化程度、子公司獲利情形及投資動機等不同情況下，從事對外投資活動後對財務調度之影響，再利用Probit Model進行模型推估，試圖找出影響對外投資廠商財務調度有利與否之關鍵因素，依據實證結果發現：當對外投資廠商規模越大、投資地區數越多、子公司為獲利、投資動機為利用當地最惠國待遇及優惠關稅、或最主要投資地區為已開發國家時，從事對外投資活動後對其財務調度傾向有正面之影響。

本研究引用吳思華教授提出的三個策略構面，作為研究分析之基礎，試圖分析個案公司的現況及金融海嘯侵襲下的策略因應。此策略三構面分別是營運範疇、核心資源與事業網路，亦即包括「營運範疇的界定與調整」、「核心資源的創造與累積」、「事業網路的建構與強化」三項主要工作。 2008年金融海嘯重創整個世界經濟，經營環境未曾如此險峻，因此如何掌握策略因應，讓企業渡過難關，變得非常重要，透過此項研究了解半導體產業結構及企業在面對金融海嘯危機等風險時，可利用策略三構面來探討策略因應，也可作為其他產業界参考。 本研究籍由分析個案半導體公司在金融海嘯危機時期，面對激烈的競爭環境，要如何建立其競爭優勢，以及如何調整經營策略，安然渡過危機。 本研究的目的在探討下述問題： 一、金融海嘯重創全球經濟及重創各產業，企業如何採取必要措施，安然渡過危機？ 二、金融海嘯危機下，企業如何制定經營策略及營運模式因應？ 三、金融海嘯浪潮下如何執行組織重整，建立核心資源，才適合時代潮流？ 本研究的結論如下。 一、企業透過購併同業及異業，以迅速增加運營範疇，擴大產品線廣度，拓展產品市場，分散風...

本研究利用2007年經濟部統計處「製造業對外投資實況調查」之廠商問卷資料，以978 家對外投資採水平分工模式廠商作為實證對象，分別由廠商特性、產業特性及投資特性等3方面，探討影響其產品差異化之決定因素。本研究運用Stata軟體進行計量分析，建立Probit模型進行實證分析，由實證結果發現，當對外投資採水平分工模式廠商決定以其自身所擁有之「技術來源」優勢，及利用國外勞動市場具備「價廉充沛勞工」之利基進行生產時，會傾向採取「產品不同」之生產方式；另一方面，若廠商重視「對外投資地區」之地域特性，及利用國外消費市場「發展潛力大」之利基進行生產時，會傾向採取「產品相同」之生產方式。

吳玉山提出「後極權資本主義發展國家」的概念來形容為何中國在維持高速經濟發展的同時，依然保有對國家機器的控制與公民社會的滲透，他認為中國大陸發展趨勢乃是揉合了蘇東和東亞模式，經改上的亮眼表現雖然帶來政治參與的壓力，但中共卻能夠有效轉化這些壓力，回應外界挑戰並且持續執政、鞏固一黨領導。隨著中國大陸擴展國際視野，具有留學背景的菁英也逐漸在高層政治中嶄露頭角，然而海歸菁英由於曾經接觸西方民主思潮，因此成為政治甄用對象中最有可能產生價值矛盾的族群。依循這樣的思路，本文試圖從政治菁英甄補（political recruitment）的面向，解釋中共如何在推動經濟成長的同時延續國家統治的絕對優勢。本文發現海歸派在政治領域中發揮諮詢的功能並扮演執行的角色，主要集中在學術單位與政府職能部門。在仕途發展方面，除了在原生系統升遷之外，海歸官員於不同升遷渠道間的水平流動，以「政府機關往人大政協」的晉升為主。我們認為造成這種現象的原因，乃是中共致力於推動現代化建設，但另一方面又擔心西方民主思想滲透動搖共產黨領導的結果。 / The party control over state apparatuses and...

本研究針對企業赴海外上市決策面的三個構面進行探討並以台商為例，首先是探討企業赴海外上市前的動機為何，其次是企業如何選擇海外上市的地點，最後探討這些企業赴海外上市後的效益，也就是企業在海外上市的前、中、後三個不同階段所可能遭遇到的問題進行實務的探討，並以多重個案分析與類型比對的方式，以及一些台商上市現況的統計數字，希望以過去文獻中曾探討的議題來加以研究。 由於過去的研究偏重於台灣、香港、中國大陸三地市場，為了將層面擴大，特別從台商目前赴海外投資最最多的前十名的國家當中，挑出較為重要的六個國家，分別是香港、中國大陸、新加坡、美國、越南、泰國，並研究當地的已上市台商的現況，從當地上市台商所屬產業家數最多者，挑出具代表性的公司，進行個案研究及比較分析。 從個案研究發現，企業赴海外上市的動機，結果是“有利於開拓海外市場”及“易招募優秀人才”的營運面動機較多；企業海外上市地點的選擇，多半因為“市場流動性及規模及本益比”及“資金運用限制”；至於企業赴海外上市後的效益，結果是“提高公司聲譽”及“有助於產品銷售”另外，並發現香港及大陸上市後股東財富增加顯著。 最後，建議企業未來在...
