陳冠丞

中國於2012年1月1日起在上海市就交通運輸業及部分現代服務業施行營業稅改徵增值稅試點政策(以下簡稱營改增)。本文從增值稅、營業稅、流轉稅為基礎，研究營業稅轉型對行業以及企業將會造成怎樣的影響。本文選取繳納營業稅的交通運輸倉儲業、社會服務業、傳播與文化產業、信息技術業共131家在上海證券交易所上市的公司作為研究樣本，運用2011年的財務資料，通過事前假設來進行模擬測算分析。研究結果顯示，營改增後，社會服務業流轉稅額是減少的，交通運輸倉儲業、傳播與文化產業、資訊技術業的流轉稅額是增加的。其次，營改增對利潤的影響，各行業的利潤變化均為增加。最後，營改增對上市公司的財務指標變化的影響，樣本企業普遍在每股盈餘的變化為增加。
